From brief to payout
Every collaboration follows the same steps, set out in one agreement that the brand and the creator both sign.

- Brand
Post a brief
Say what you’re promoting and the content you want. The price shows before you post.

- Creator
Apply, or accept an invite
Creators are vetted before they join, and brands see their verified Instagram numbers.
- Tandiim
One agreement, payment held
Both sides sign the same terms, and Tandiim holds the brand’s payment.

- Creator
Create and send a draft
The content is made to the brief and sent to the brand for review.
- Brand
Review within 72 hours
Approve it, or ask for changes within the agreed rounds.

- Creator
It goes live on the agreed date and stays up for the agreed time.

What’s in the app

Screens from the Tandiim app, with sample data.
The approved video becomes an ad.
Brands pick one of 25 looks, and the creator’s approved video plays inside it with the brand’s logo, product and words. Try a few.
Numbers straight from Instagram.
Creators connect their Instagram account, so brands see verified followers, engagement and audience instead of screenshots.
Money held until the work is done.
The brand funds the collaboration when both sides sign. Tandiim holds the payment while the creator films, the brand reviews the draft, and the content goes live, then pays the creator.
Results on both sides.
Brands see reach and engagement for every post, verified from Instagram. Creators see their collaborations, their tier and what brands make with their videos.

Questions
When does Tandiim open? We’re letting people in from the waitlist in small groups. Join, and we’ll email you when it’s your turn.
Who can join as a creator? Instagram creators with a Creator or Business account. Tandiim is invite-only: we look at every account before sending an invite.
What does it cost? Creators don’t pay to join, and keep their full agreed pay. Brands pay the creator’s pay plus Tandiim’s marketplace fee, and see the total before they post a campaign.
How does the money work? When both sides sign, the brand pays through Stripe and Tandiim holds the payment. Once the content has been live for the agreed time, the creator is paid through Stripe.
What can the brand do with the content? What the agreement says: post it on the brand’s own accounts and, if agreed, run it as a paid ad or from the creator’s account, for a set time. Rights can be renewed in the app.
What if a collaboration is cancelled? The agreement both sides sign says what happens to the payment if it’s cancelled. If you disagree about something, Tandiim mediates first.
Which platforms does it cover? Instagram: Reels, feed posts and story sets.
Do creators send screenshots of their stats? No. Creators connect Instagram, and brands see the numbers Instagram reports.
Is it an app? Yes, for iPhone and Android.
